NSFAS Requirements 2023 to Apply For Form

• Applicants must have their own cell phone number and email address
• A copy of the applicant’s ID or birth certificate
• Copies of the IDs of the parents, guardians, or spouse (if applicable)
• The proof of your income or the IRP5 for the past year (if applicable)
• Your parents, guardian or spouse’s income proof
• You do not have to provide proof of income if you are a SASSA Grant recipient
• A Disability Annexure Form must be filled out and signed by applicants with disabilities
• Applicants who are recognized as vulnerable children by the Department of Social Development must provide a completed and signed Vulnerable Child Declaration and Consent Form.

• Select I’m Not a Robot.
